There is a necessity of the Body Electronics Engineer to hold a UK Driving Licence as the location of the site is not commutable by public transport. Responsibilities of the Body Electronics Engineer - Application and integration of electrical and electronic components and systems to customer European vehicles Releasing and maintaining the vehicle BOM Capture of customer requirements and creation of high level specs Close coordination and cooperation with global Alliance R&D centres Management of tier 1 suppliers Management of supplier and in-house validation to customer standards Creation and maintenance of end-of-line configuration data Having 'Frontline' responsibility for Plant and Market support Requirements of the Body Electronics Engineer - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electronic or electrical engineering Competent with PC applications such as MS Office Knowledge of CAN, CAN tools and vehicle diagnostics 3 years or more relevant experience in automotive industry Knowledge of electrical theory and electronic devices Valid driving license Have fluent written and verbal English language capability.
